apparently not all of us agree with opening up to joy….
Hi all….
I’ve gone on a good rant or two before and this one is no different.
I’m sure everyone of us who is a fan watched last night’s episode of Glee….and our hearts broke. We watched Finn & Kurt not get into their dream schools, Finchel go their separate ways (for now), Puck make one last hail mary to get his diploma, and a cast that most of us have followed from the beginning break apart and move on to the next stage in their life. (Not going to lie, my bf had to console me for at least 5-10 minutes afterwards, to which then I laughed at how funny it must have looked crying over a tv show; he laughed with me.)
That episode, just like most others, proved that RIB did their job and did it well. If a show can make us feel so strongly and create anger, sadness, frustration, happiness, and any other emotion possible, then hats off to them!
However, I will NOT stand by and listen to the petty and negative remarks made by some of the fans towards cast & crew members. That cast & crew worked (and in Season 4 will continue to work) so hard to bring us an amazing show each week! They’ve probably dealt with their pains & issues during that process (while others worked hard on moving from a dark/painful past into a bright & hopeful career); but we couldn’t tell as each of us sat down every Tuesday and imagined we were experiencing those moments like we were there. We laughed & cried with characters, got blind-sided in plot twists, and even found ourselves screaming like crazy people the moment that New Directions won Nationals!
Those individuals have put in their dues (and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears) to give us a show that is adored and revered by millions. With that said, how dare anyone think or believe that someone is talent-less or that they’ve “sold out” for the sake of PR. You don’t need to like them personally, but have some respect for what they do! They do this show not just for their career, but for US! Because without us supporting them, they wouldn’t be where they are today.
And if you can’t do that and continue to spread such vile remarks about people that you’ve probably never even met, then you’re not a real fan, nor are you a very decent human being if this is the kind of attitude you project to the world.
Sincerely,
one disappointed Gleek
P.S. - For the shippers: I don’t go around insulting who you think should be together….please have the same courtesy for my ships. We’re all fans and while we don’t see eye-to-eye on character relationships, showing some acceptance of one another does go a long way. After all, don’t we all love a show that promotes the idea of acceptance?
remember when ausiello said the ending is satisfying?
IN WHAT FUCKING WORLD IS THAT SATISFYING YOU *&^#@*&#$
OMG….THIS! (I just had to pick myself up off the floor from laughing so f’n hard at this post)
One very pissed off Monchele fan rant….
Look, I enjoy candids of my favorite celebrities as much as the next person. But I would never, and I mean never want to invade someone’s privacy for the sake of a picture.
To the person(s) who decided invading Lea & Cory’s privacy was ok: you are terrible. You had all the opportunities to snap photos while they were in public. Obviously, you thought it was not enough and decided that the moment they went away to escape from the public eye, you would take it upon yourself to show proof of their relationship? Can you take a hint? Seeing them aggravated makes me upset. None of the fans really want to invade those private moments, but you took it upon yourself to do just that.
If anyone decides they want to get more proof by intruding on their intimate moments, I don’t think I want to see them. Put yourself in their shoes for a minute. If you went somewhere with your significant other to have some ‘alone time’ and other people intruded on that, how would you feel?
Of course the pictures are lovely and they look gorgeous (as always), but it pains me to see that those two cannot get the one thing they went away for in the first place. Not even if I saw them together (private or in public) would I want to bother them, even though I think both of them are wonderful people and have influenced me greatly. Just like any couple, they want some ‘couple time’. Please let them have it.
Alright, now back to regular life.

Music through the eyes of a child….
I saw the most wondrous sight in Penn Station tonight. While watching a jazz ensemble perform in the LIRR concourse, I quickly took notice of a little boy who walked up to the musician on the d’jembe. The little boy was only about two or three years old, golden locks and an inquisitive nature. And without hesitation, started to bang a beat on the instrument.
While his parents tried to pull him away, the musician looked down and smiled at the boy, amused with his fascination. He encouraged him to keep playing, then started banging the beat back in response. The two of them did this for a few minutes before the musician finally took over completely to finish the song.
Music has such a powerful force that we forget how it can impact even the youngest of minds. I am grateful to have witnessed such a momentous experience.

A word to the wise for all the BD fans….
Lately, it seems like I’ve been reading more negative comments than positive ones, especially within the Bonnie Dune community. Fans getting jealous, others getting pushy, and even some who only show love and appreciation to just Cory. Frankly, I’m tired of the hate.
We’re all fans. We shouldn’t bicker who got to meet who, or how many times, or how many concerts we have attended. I have only been to one show and I’m still happy for those who have been to almost all of them. (For those who have yet to attend one, I’m crossing my fingers that you get there one day!)
Instead, it would be better if we remembered the the greatest parts about Bonnie Dune. How many of us made friends through this band or made memories with those guys? How many took amazing road trips and took tons of pictures to capture those moments that go beyond our wildest dreams? I can’t even imagine life without the girls I have made friends with through this experience. (My Twitter account holds countless conversations all about those lovable musicians!) And even more important, I would never want to deprive any person of their band memories, whether it be just one or several.
Those boys are magic. Even if you’ve never been to a concert, the proof is in the video footage. And if you have been to a concert, well, you get the point.
The Bonnie Dune Fans and Bonnie Babes are two groups composed of the most wonderful ladies I have had the pleasure of getting to know. Haters, please step off. Those girls do everything for our greater good, because there’s real love there for the music and all of the boys.
Let’s give Justin, Seth, Josh, Cory, Bonnie Dune Fans, and the Bonnie Babes some love. Because they deserve it. All of them give of themselves…for the love of their fans and followers.

P.S. - I’ve met a few of these girls who run the fan pages. They have feelings too, you know. If you meet one, be sure to thank them for their hard work.
Anyone laugh and squeal with giddiness over this one? Yeah, me too.
